PUPPY DEPOSIT /TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
THIS CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO ME ALONG WITH THE DEPOSIT BEFORE A HOLD WLL BE PLACED ON ANY PUPPY

🐾 PAYMENTS / DEPOSITS
Form of payments: Deposits are $200 and NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit can be made via cash, checks, money order or zelle (If paying with a check, checks must be received 10 days prior to puppy delivery). Deposits ensure that the puppy will be held for the said buyer. Puppy must be paid for in full by the time of pickup at 8 weeks of age. If said puppy is not paid for by the time puppy is 8 weeks of age you will lose your rights to said puppy and all monies placed on this puppy unless other arrangements have been made with me. If no arrangements have been made, the puppy will then become available for another potential loving family. Once deposit has been made, we ask that the remaining balance be paid in CASH ONLY at pick up. If puppy is being shipped the remaining balance plus shipping cost may be made by MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK ONLY and must be paid for by the time puppy is 6 weeks of age.
🐾 PUPPIES HEALTH GUARANTEE / DELIVERY
My goal is to ensure a happy and healthy puppy. The puppy being delivered to you is currently happy, healthy and has been given lots of love and attention. A health record will be provided of all vaccines and de-worming’s given while in my care according to age. Puppies are started on de-worming’s at 2 weeks of age and will continue at 4,6 & 8 weeks. Puppy shots will be administered at 5 weeks of age (parvo only) and then at 7 weeks of age a 5-way shot is given. Puppies will be ready at 8 weeks of age. Puppies are guaranteed to be free of infectious diseases within 72 hours of delivery. Puppies will be vet checked before delivery. Buyer has 72 hours from time of delivery to have said puppy examined by your vet to ensure good health at buyer’s expense. At no time after delivery should breeder be responsible for any expenses of said puppy. Should your puppy suffer from any health problems within 72 hours of delivery, we will be glad to issue a refund. I must receive written notification within 24 hours of diagnosis from a licensed vet stating the reason in which a refund should be given. In the event that a refund is found necessary, I will be glad to issue a refund for the purchase price only of puppy (shipping cost is not refunded)or the refund amount may be applied to another litter of equal value. Although every effort is made to sell puppies free of problems such as diarrhea, coccidia or wormy stool, these things can be common in puppies and will not be covered by puppy’s health guarantee.
🐾 BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY
Upon delivery the buyer will assume ALL responsibilities to ensure a healthy puppy. This includes vet checks and a wellness plan along with lots of love and attention. It is our belief that these shorty jacks are a good fit for any family with the proper environment. Like most dogs, they require exercise and love play time. To ensure the best dog possible, your puppy needs the proper training and guidance. I believe they are no different than raising a child. Not only are they your responsibility for love and care, it’s your responsibility to guide them, show them and teach them! These dogs are very intelligent so with proper training and patience you will have the best dog around.
🐾 BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
At NO TIME after delivery should breeder be responsible for ANY expenses of said puppy. Breeder is not responsible for the health of a puppy 72 hours after delivery. This includes…not keeping dog fed properly, temperament changes due to lack of attention and care, unkept routine vet checks for vaccines and de-worming’s, etc., exposure to infectious diseases, accidental exposure to harmful &/or deadly substances. Dees Jack Russell’s strives to bring you the best disposition and confirmation in our shorty jacks. We offer pet quality shorty jacks and do not guarantee breeding quality (including undescended testicles). Standing ears, body and leg freckles are cosmetic. Although as hard as we try to avoid and make things perfect, less than straight legs can be common in shorties. These things do not warrant a refund or replacement.
WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE COAT TYPE, EAR SET, COLOR, WEIGHT OR HEIGHT AT ADULTHOOD OF YOUR NEW SHORTY JACK AS THESE THINGS ARE HARD TO DETERMINE IN A PUPPY.

THE SAID BUYER AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE AND THAT THEY ARE NOT THE OWNER OR REPRESENTATIVE FOR A PET STORE, BROKER OR A RESEARCH FACILITY. BREEDER HAS THE RIGHT TO RETAIN FIRST PICK (MALE OR FEMALE) OF ALL LITTERS FOR THE PROTECTION AND CONTINUATION OF THEIR BREEDING PROGRAM. BREEDER ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF ANY PUPPY.
